This is a basic chakra education class. We learn about all 7 of the major chakras, what they house and tell us about ourselves. This class includes take home materials and a chakra cleansing meditation using Reiki energies. Become educated about your auric energies to aid in your own personal transformation & release. Please bring a blanket to sit on.
