Donna Garcia, Reiki Master/Teacher, Reiki Energy Healing:

Donna meaning Lady or Woman and lover of children. Donna has always had a caring, loving and intuitive knowing for other people. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher proficient in teaching, long-distance healing and hands-on Reiki treatments.

Donna’s background includes a variety of entrepreneurial trades with one of her favorite being a Reiki Healer. She can remember having the ability to transform situations, herself and things as far back as age five and this ability has always been with her. Having grown up in a family of 6 children privileges such as going to the store to buy candy were none existent. One day while Donna was outside playing by herself as she often preferred, she picked up a round, rather smooth rock and began concentrating on it with all her mental, physical and emotional being in an effort to turn the rock into a piece of candy. Abruptly cut short of the candy manifestation Donna can remember knowing that had she only had but a few more minutes of trusting and praying that the rock indeed would have turned into the candy she desired - this comes from who she truly is. She believes that there are many of us out there who have similar experiences but who were cut off abruptly by this current system of things’ negativity and disempowerment. “We could have then and can now turn rocks into candy with the help of a power greater than ourselves; Reiki meditation and healing is how Donna is getting back to her true self.

Donna believes that all spiritual people are experiencing huge spiritual shifts in preparation for 2012, when there will be a universal spiritual awakening and cleansing of this planet. Donna continues to look only for the beautiful, positive, lovely, and best in those around her and is prepared to help bring out those qualities of ones true self by means of Reiki healing and meditation sessions.

Donna was born with phenomena and is familiar with physical, spiritual and emotional sickness, which helps her relate to her clients as a Reiki Practitioner. She had an extremely abusive childhood by her stepfather, who abused her physically, emotionally, mentally, and sexually and continually stifled and inflicted fear into the heart of her as a child. She decided very early on that she would hide her special things from those around herself - she was stifled physical but her soul/spirit was well in tact. Donna has always been a survivor and trusted in a higher power she chooses to call the Divine Mother/Father who was there for her when experiencing trauma and who lovingly helped her levitate from the physical world so she would not feel the beatings she received on a constant basis.

Donna received her calling to become a Reiki Master/Teacher and left a religious organization of 14 years to become spiritual. She knows that she made the right choice and now has the privilege of helping and teaching so many people how to be healed from the trauma, pain and negativity found so prevalent in this current system of things.

Donna has been accused of “magical thinking” by some and that’s okay with her because as she puts it “I’d rather have magical thinking and get results to over come than be stuck or blocked off from the Divine’s beauty, love, intelligence, and grace.” Donna believes that she has a gift of counseling, healing, and comforting (both animals and people) by means of Reiki power being channeled through her bodily instrument for the good healing of others.

Donna’s Reiki Lineage comes directly from Dr. Mikao Usui himself. She is a 14th generation Usui Tibetan Facilitator and a Member of Dr. Mikao Usui's line. She is constantly learning more and allows herself to grow deeper and deeper connected to the Divine in an effort to perform healings and is strongly pursuing further education concerning essential oils, massage therapy techniques and whatever else her angels and spirit guides lead her to do.
